Could we have the version off Office you are using and application, I
presume Word, please? Also what do you mean by "font type". Are you
referring to the font of text in the balloons or something else?

Thank you for your inquiry... We are using Word 2003... I asked the user to
confirm what font type she wants to change but I am almost positive she is
interested in changing the font that shows when you modify the text in the
document... not the balloons... I am waiting for confirmation from her...
