Track Changes

I'm trying to track the changes I made. Is there any way to turn the
characters into blue or highlight the cell when I made changes?

I searched the old posts, there are some similar questions, but never got an
answer. I guess the answer is "no". Please correct me if not.

Not using XL features. One could do it using VBA.
