Track date row modified?

Hi - I'm trying to figure out how to track the date a row was last
changed in an excel spreadsheet. We use a simple sheet to track the
status of different projects, where each project is a row. I'd like to
have a column showing the date any changes were last made to that row.

Can't seem to figure out how to do that - any suggestions?
