Track lateness on tasks

I would like to create a graphical indicators to show this information:

If task is late less than 2 weeks - green sign;
If task is late within 2-4 weeks - yellow sign;
If task is late more than 4 weeks - red sign

Do I need a formula for this ?

Depends how you define late. Whet exactlly do you mean? Late compated to
what?
