We have a process that requires approval from several users in sequence.
It starts with a form being submitted and each user in sequence can accept/
reject or query the request. Acceptance passes the form to the next in the
sequence.
Reject halts teh process. Query requires the submitter to provide further
clarification.
We want to run the process via Outlook whereby an acceptance is
automatically logged (date and person) and the form is automatically (or
manually) passed to the next receipient.
We need to track progress and status.
Has anyone done anything like this with tasks/ mail or something else simple?
