Is there a way to track the actual work/task completion for generic or local
resources when using MS Project 2003 server ? If you modify the actual work
or completion you receive the out of sync message which you could ignore but
I found that once you update the plan with actuals for enterprise resource
timesheets any non-protected actuals disappear. Our project managers are
looking to include business resources and because of licensing and clutter,
I hestitate to add them to the enterprise resource pool. Minimally they
would like to track completion of tasks but if possible would like to track
# of actual hours for future estimating efforts.
