I am trying to resolve a problem for a user. She sent an appointment to a
group, which she was later able track the responses on. Someone in the group
declined the appt, and sent her a response. She then replied to this person
from that message. When the user went back to check the tracking status of
the appt, the tracking tab was gone. She needed to send an update to this
appointment, and it wouldn't even let her do that. It's as if the appt was
no longer recognized as a group meeting that had been sent to others.
Any ideas as to what happened would be greatly appreciated.
