Tracking Changes in Word for html

R

Ryan Hudson

I'm using Word 2002 and when I edit an html file and have it track the
changes the underlines do not come through to the final html version - at
least when it is viewed in IE. The added text does come through, just not the
underline - the stickthroughs show up like they're supposed to.
The file acts quite normal until it's previewed or published and viewd
through IE.
If anyone has any idea on what this could be I could us the help.

Thanks

Hi Ryan,

Unfortunately it's a bug that additions are not marked correctly as Word's HTML CSS/tag output is incomplete. Microsoft has advised
that it won't be fixed for the HTML file format as they have had only a small number of reports of it being an issue.
