Tracking changes - MS Office Pro 2003 - Word

In Office 2000, Word when you traked changes both the removed and inserted
text was in the tracked documnet Until it was finalized. IN Office 2003 it
will put the new or removed text on the margin in a comment field. We would
like to have the removed show in the documnet with a strike-out line and the
new text show up in bold,

How can we do this.

In Word 2003, click on Tools | Options | Track Changes, turn off
balloons, and choose the desired formatting for inserted text and
deleted text.
