Tracking changes to Entity records

Does BCM have a native ability to track changes by user to Accounts, Busniess
Contacts, Business Projects, or Opportunities records? If not, does an
add-in exist that I can look at from a 3rd party?

Benjamin:

If you're asking "is there a log kept so that every time someone changes a
record, there's an entry made that shows what the change was and who made
it?", the answer is No. BCM won't do that -- MS CRM might do that, though.

HTH,
Lon

Thank you, Lon. If I can't add that capability to the form, can I create a
report that uses the Modified By property of BCM to show me the last person
to modify a record? I found the Modified By property on msdn, but I really
don't know what I can do with it.

Kindly,
Benjamin

Yes, that might get you what you want. When you run a report, click on
Modify Report, and then Tracking Columns.

Lon

BTW, I got your book a couple of weeks ago when I started on this project.
It's working well for me. Thanks, again.
