tracking colors in Word 2002

When working on a document with track changes on various colors for the
reviewers were shown. The document was saved and printed OK. Later when the
document was opened, the various colors for reviewers did not show. All
boxes were checked in show and document was set to final showing markup.

In Word, click on Tools | Options | Track Changes | Color: By
Author | OK.

If the tracked changes still remain in one color, then it could
be because in Tools | Options | Security, the "Remove personal
information from file properties on save" box is checked, which
deletes the names associated with comments and tracked changes.
