Hi Lion,
Word's document property stores only the most recent date of printing (right click on the document in MyDocuments and look at the
properties rather than opening the document in Word to keep from updating properties.
I'm assuming from your description this was sent via physical rather than email, or you might have a copy in your Sent Items folder
of the email app.
