Tracking emails in Journal

How do I include emails sent and received in Journal so I
can track my daily activities? I know they are tracked by
contact when I look at the Activity field in the Contact
card, I just don't know how to include it in the Entry
list view.

Tools | Options | Journal Options. Select the contacts
you want Journal to create entries for automatically.
Note that this may dramatically increase the size of your
PST file or mailbox.
