Tracking modifications to a form

I have a form (straight from a table) which I use to manually track
"reminders" about what I've done recently to the code tied to my
application's "Main" form. The challenge that I seem to have now is that I
don't always remember to open this form and enter the information. In a
perfect world there would be an "OnSave" property (for the main form to
automatically open the tracking form if I answer "Yes" to the "Save changes"
box that Access is smart enough to display if I have made changes) but that
isn't the case. Does anyone have any suggestions? If only my memory/habits
were better this wouldn't be neccessary, but, alas, I'm old...
