Tracking read receipts

According to the Help there should on the Message tab a Show group, and there
should be a Tracking.There are no such a things in my Outlook 2007.

What has happened and how do I know if the recipient received/read my
email.I really need to know.Anybody has managed to find this mysterious Show
group?

Show only works once a receipt comes back to you and is processed. The
message must remain in the sent folder - if you move it, tracking fails.
