Tracking responses and sending reminders

I've sent a message and have received responses. Does Outlook allow a person
to send a reminder to those who haven't yet replied? If so, how do I do that.

Send an update and remove those who have responded from the To.. field
before you click the Send button.

Won't that make a change? You'd get a dialog box saying - send update only
to those added or deleted? Won't those you removed think the meeting was
cancelled?
Just a thought.

then select the right option in the dialog box. I don't have Exchange
running at home and cannot test what happens right now.
