Tracking Tab on original e-mail in Sent Folder

When I request a "Read" receipt, my tracking only shows the first person to
read my e-mail, regardless of whether it is the intended receipient or just
someone I have copied to. I know the other people of read my e-mail because
I receive a "Read" receipt from all the other recipients. It just doesn't
show up on the Tracking tab.
