Tracking Trouble

Although I have selected delivery notification under e-
mail tracking options, I am not receiving those notices.
The weird part is I was receiving them and then it just
stopped. I have unselected, reselected, restarted,
turned off & back on, etc. Any ideas?

Your recipient has control over whether or not they'll honor your receipt
request. Perhaps your recipients have decided you don't need to know
whether or not they read their mail.
