Tracking Users

I know there is a way to track the users to a database / form in the database
but cannot remember how to set it up. Any help here would be greatly
appreciated.

databases (AuditTrail.mdb and AuditTrail2.mdb) which show how to do this.

Thanks. I have looked at them but am a little confused about inserting that
idea into my database. I'll look it over a little more this evening and post
again if I have questions.
