Traditional Chinese to Simplified Chinese

Hi,

I have an Eng XP-Pro with Office 2003 (Eng). How do we change the font of
the Word document from the traditional Chinese to Simplified Chinese.

We tried to download Multilingual User Interface Pack and installed it. But
it says it cannot find any support files on the computer.

How can we do that?
