To learn yourself or to teach others?
If it is the first then I just say jump into the deep end and make lots of
mistakes!

How do *you* learn?
If you learn by reading books and applying examples, there are heaps of
books at different levels.
On the other hand, if you learn by working alongside someone, you will need
to find an Access class or user group in your area.
If you want some free introductory material overviewing the basics of
Access, you can download one by Crystal (MS Access MVP) here:
