Training Pictures

I using word and I constantly have to cut a paste the
Access 2000 icons/pictures to list step by step
instructions for a training manual I'm producing. Are
there any instruction manual pictures that display the
tool bar and each of the different window icons? So that
I may produce a training manual without cutting and
pasting each step.
