Training sessions where attendees select from available times?

I am conducting a training session where each session is 1 hour in length. I
would like my attendees to select the time they would like to attend the
training session without having to send out each individual training hour

The best I've ever seen for this is to send them an email with voting
buttons showing the available times they can choose from.

Many of my clients do this when they schedule courses.
