Training Users

Good Morning!

I was asked a question from my peer on if there were other ways of
training our users on MS Project. We have the Project Bible, and I
have studied the chapter that is "supposed" to explain what they are
are to do with Project, and how to use it. I have conducted a couple
training sessions and it seems all of the information is flying over
their heads.

Any ideas? Maybe it is me and I am not explaining myself in the right
way.

Is it the project 2007 version or 2003.
Are u training them on Project Professional/standard or also on project
server.
If 2003 then there is lot of training material available.

Let me know these details may be then i can suggest something

Hi spfas, we got some generic training materials from our
implementation consultant to get us started. About six months later, I
started creating our own materials based on our initial experiences
with EPM and tailored to our organization's maturity. It takes some
time to set it up but if you can tell your users exactly what they
need to know, they'll feel a lot better about the training and even
remember some of it :)
