tranaparancie defaults to tray 1 in office word/excell

I have an hp 2300 networked printer. When my user tries to print the first
document is O.K..When she tries to print again the printer defaults to tray 1
qand asks for transparancies??
I have connected to the printer from other users and do not have this
issue.I need to locate the setting that is triggering this .
