Tranfer Office SBE 2003 from old PC to new PC

I am purchasing a new PC to replace my older PC. The new one has Office 2007
trial ver and I want to use the SBE 2003 version on my new pc. How can I do
this?

Provided the SBE 2003 is NOT an OEM version. Uninstall Office from both
PC's and then install the 2003 on the new pc.
