Tranfer text using a custom schema.ini

I have a text file that each line is 154 characters. I know how to create a
schema.ini using the advance buttom on the import wizard, that will parse
correctly into the proper fields, but I need to able send the schema.ini to
other locations once I have it working properly.

I am open to any suggestions
