Transaction Log in Project Server

The transaction log in the ProjectServer database is
getting full frequently. Any reasons why ???

There are a total of 7 people in the organization
workingon their project plans but within a week the
transaction log gets full !!! The size goes anywhere
between 200 and 300MB !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because the log is full, we are not able to save the
project plans, it comes up with all sorts of error and
finally crashes :-(
