Hello RobertM,
You can include a picture copy of your Gantt Chart view in a PowerPoint
presentation.

1. With the Gantt Chart view displayed, click the Copy Picture icon on
the Standard toolbar.
If you do not see the icon, click the small down-arrow at the end of the
Standard toolbar.

2. Complete desired options in the Copy Picture dialog box as follows:

a. To copy the information as displayed on your screen with all
formatting intact, click For screen.

b. To copy the information for a document to be printed, click For
printer.

c. To copy the information as a GIF image file (usually best for
smaller size of the image) click To GIF image file, click the Browse button,
navigate to desired drive and folder, then choose OK.

3. Complete the Timescale are if you want to specify a date range.

4. Choose OK.

5. Switch to your presentation and press Ctrl + V to paste the picture,
or choose Insert, Picture, From File to insert a saved .GIF file.

Oops. Sorry. This is Project 2003. Not sure if the same icon is in Project
2000.

Annie,
Don't worry, Project 2000 (and every version of Project as far back as I
can remember) has the Copy Picture feature, although there are a few
more options with it for Project 2003.

Actually though, Project has a new add-in for creating PowerPoint
presentations for Project data. I've never used it so I don't know
exactly what it does or which versions it works with but to get more
information and download it, go to our MVP website at:
http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs.htm
and take a look at FAQ 16 - Project viewer.
