Transfer address book from MSOffice Outlook

I'm trying to import my MS Office Outlook address book into Outlook Express,
I cannot find the file to transfer it FROM. It keeps defaulting to 'My
Documents". I'm lost...thanks for any help you can give me, I hope it's
something simple! :)

Outlook has no Address Book. The Outlook Address Book is virtual view of
your contacts who have an electronic address, either email or fax.

If you are trying to import into Outlook Express, do it the other way
around. Export from Outlook to Outlook Express..

Thanks Milly,

I couldn't figure out how to do the reverse, but I did import finally the
address book. I created a text file (cvs?) from "contacts" in MS Office
Outlook into My Documents and was able to import that into Outlook Express.

I don't think I would have 'stumbled' on this way if you hadn't suggested
what you did. I just kept looking around on how to do it-THANKS!
