Transfer address book

I just set up a new email account for my wife (we use Outlook 2003) and
would like to transfer contact information from my account to hers so both
accounts show the same contact list.

Are you using separate Windows logins? Do you want completely separate
message stores or do you want to share a single one? Do you want to have
separate message stores but just sync your Contacts periodically? Please be
more specific.

Thanks Brian.

We do not use separate Windows logins, just seperate mail profiles. I just
want to transfer my contacts to hers on a one time basis.

OK, then, create a new PST in a folder she can access. Click
File>New>Outlook Data File>Office Outlook Personal Folders File (.pst).
Browse to, say, Shared Documents, give your PST a name, and click OK. Now,
right-click your Contacts folder and choose Copy Contacts, Give as the
destination the new PST. When the copy completes, close the new PST
(right-click its root and choose Close) and close Outlook. Have her start
Outlook in her profile and either click File>Open>Outlook Data File, browse
to the shared PST, select it, and click OK. She can now open that Contacts
folder and move whatever items in it she want to her own Contacts folder.
Alternatively, she can use File>Import and Export>Import from another
program or file>Personal Folder File (.pst)>Next, browse to the shared PST,
select it, click OK, chose the duplicate handling she wants, click Next,
then Finish.
