Transfer CALS of Win2k to Windows 2003

Hi,
hope some body can answer my question.
I had a Windows 2000 server that i replace with a Windows 2003 server, in
the win2k server i had 15 CALS..can i transfer those CALS to my new win2003
server? or do i have to buy another 15 CALS?
If i can transfer the CALS..how do i do that?????

Nop it isn't...im refering about the Licenses that i have ...mybe i should it
write it like this CALs!
