Transfer contact data to Word 2007

I have the 2007 suite and want to transfer one of my contacts to Word
to begin my letter or print an envelope

How do I make the transfer, without going through lots of steps??

In the Envelopes and Labels dialog box, did you click the Address Book
button at the top? Doing so should access your Outlook Contacts.

For a letter (document) you can add the Address Book to your Quick Access
Toolbar (QAT):

- Right-click the QAT and then click Customize QAT
- From the Choose Commands list, select "Commands not in the Ribbon"
- Locate Address Book and add it to your QAT
