Transfer data from MS Project to MS Access

Hi there
I have a MS Project file with a lot of data on it.

How could I transfer the data from MS Project to MS Access?

If I update MS Project file, will the MS Access file update as well?

File menu / save as...
Will give you the option to save as an ms access database.
If you keep the file as a database, then it will always be updated, If not,
then it will not automatically update and you will have to do a save-as to
refresh the database.
