transfer data outlook 2007

I know these questions get asked alot, but I've got to ask anyway. Is there a
way to have computer A update computer B periodically? These are networked
through a LAN. Of course, they receive the same mail, but I'm more interested
in updating contacts, tasks, etc. Just curious.
