Transfer e-mail contacts

How can I copy and/or transfer my entire e-mail contact address book from
Windows Mail on my old computer, which uses Windows Vista, to my new
computer, using Microsoft Outlook 2010, and under the Windows 7 format?
Right now I am at a loss.
