Transfer files from Entourtage from one computer to another

I wnat to transfer all my entourage files, folder, address book, etc.
from one powerbook using OS X version 10.2.6 to another powerbook
using OS X version 10.2.8

How do I do this?

I am using Office X version 10.0.0

All your data is stored in the Microsoft User Data folder. This folder
should be in your User's Document folder.

Rules, mailing lists, signatures, messages, data, schedules, contacts,
tasks, notes, calendar are located in:



~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Office X Identities/your identity



Note: your identity is called Main Identity unless you rename it.



After you reformat, just drag the Microsoft User Data folder to your new
Documents folder then open Entourage. It should find your data. You might
have to select which database to open if you have renamed the identity from
Main.
