Transfer of data between Excel 2004 for Mac and Address Book or Entourage

I have Excel 2004 for Mac, version 11.1 running on OS X. I have a
long list of contact data - names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.

Is there a way to transfer this data quickly into my mac Address Book
(OS X version 10.3)?

Or at least Entourage 2004 for Mac, version 11.1?

Can I do the opposite then? Take my Address Book or Entourage data and
export to Excel?

Thanks in advance for any advise.

You can easily Export and Import from Entourage to Excel and back using
Entourage's File/Export and File/import commands. Export to a text file
and read it into Excel. Save your data as a text file and import it back
to Entourage. It's easiest to make sure your import text file's headings
are the same as Entourage's (see the Export text file for an example).
