transfer of e-mail files to another computer

I have saved(burned a CD) my e-mail files on my laptop and would like to
import them to my desktop. How can this be done or how can these files be
exported from the laptop and imported to the desktop. Both are running
Outlook 2003 and XP.

First state how you saved them to the CD in the first place and see
