Transfer of licenses

A previous employee of our company erroneously ordered 40 copies of Office
2003 Pro Enterprise edition and 40 copies of Office 2003 SBE for a client,
who has since decided that they will not be making use of the software. The
software has already been registered in Ireland in the client's name.

The software is still sealed and unused. Is there any way that the
ownership of this software can be transferred so that it can be used for
another client or within our own company?

I will be contacting Microsoft, but I'm just waiting for the software to
arrive from our other branch for the licensing information and was wondering
if someone here could point me in the right direction.

I'm not sure if those terms apply. The OP stated the software was registered
in Ireland. The terms could be different there.
