Transfer Office to new desktop

What are the procedures for installing my Office 2007 suite on a new desktop.
I currently have it installed on my desktop and a laptop. What will happen
when I have to activate the new desktop. Thanks

Have you looked at your license to see if you can have it installed on three
systems?
