transfer office xp to new computer

My daughter is going away to college. We will be getting
her a new computer. Office XP is on the old computer.
How do I uninstall? and then re-install Office XP on a
new computer. I understand it is a one time thing unless
you contacl Microsoft, and I don't even know how to
contact them on this .
