transfer Outlook email attachments to new computer?

I'm buying a new computer and will transfer all from my current to my new. I
have XP on both and will use the transfer wizard. I haven't used it yet but
its description has no mention of transfering email attachments. I've looked
at other software and they are the same; they seem to transfer everything
but no mention of attachments.

I'm using Outlook 2000 SP3 and will transfer through a local network.

Will the wizard transfer the attachments or is there some other way to do
it? Any ideas?

The attachments are stored in your PST file along with the mail item
