transfer picture to front page from ms office pic manager

I am attempting to move pictures from a cD with zip file to Micro soft
picture manager. This I can do. I don't know how to move the picture from
the picture manager to Front Page 2003

From Picture Manager, File->save as and save to your hard disc, say desktop.
In FrontPage, with the web open, File->Import
Add, Browse to the image and Click OK.
