Transfer Product Registration to a new computer

I bought a new notebook pc, and I would like to transfer my programs to my
new PC and the old pc will not be used with windows. How can I do this?

Insert CD into new computer, follow the prompts.


How is a question a SUGGESTION?

Uninstall on old reinstall on new
This assumes they are retail versions and not OEM versions supplied with the
origonal PC, in which case they die with the old PC
