transfer publisher to new PC. How to download to CD ?

I AM CHANGING MY PC AND WISH TO KEEP ms OFFICE PULISHER - 2003. with all my
graphics ... I DO NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL SOFTWARE.
How can I down load the existing program onto a C D so that I can keep the
existing program on the new PC ???.. (It does not come with Office business
etc....)
