In the Rules Wizard dialog click Options then Export. Save the rules to an
RWZ file

is there a way of exporting/importing rules?

In Outlook, simply hit the F1 key and search on "export rules". If you
tried but help doesn't work, use the Help -> Detect and Repair menu.
