Transfer Settings and Contacts and Email between User Accounts

Outlook 2007 settings, contacts and emails are in a corrupt user account. I
want to know how to transfer them from the corrupt user account to the new
fully functional user account. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Note that you should never attempt to transfer mail account settings. You
should recreate those from scratch in a new Outlook profile.
