Transfer to Outlook

I am looking at transferring from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003. Where
can I find info on how to do this. Also info on how to switch back to
Outlook Express if I do not like Outlook 2003

To move your accounts, in Outlook click File>Import and Export>Import
Internet Mail Account Settings>Next. Select Outlook Express and click Next.
Follow the prompts.

To move your messages, in Outlook Express, click File>Export>Messages.

To move your Contacts and rules, in Outlook, click File>Import and
Export>Internet Mail and Addresses>Next. Select Outlook Express, uncheck
Import Mail, and click Next. Select the duplicates setting you want. Click
Finish.

Moving the other way is left as an exercise for the reader.
