Transfering 2003 to a new machine 2000 to XP

I am going from a W200 machine to XP. I want to trasnfer Office 2003 to it.
If I uninstall 2003 from the old computer, will I be able to install it in
the new XP machine? Before I try it, I would just like as little reasurance.

As long as the Office 2003 edition is not OEM you can freely transfer it to
another computer.
